2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- Product images are for reference only; actual colours may vary slightly
- We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors
3. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
4. Payment
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- COD orders may be subject to a nominal handling charge
- We do not store your card details on our servers
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship across India via our logistics partners
- Free shipping applies to orders above ₹999
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days (metro cities), 5-10 working days (other areas)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events
- Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- COD refunds are processed via NEFT/UPI to your bank account
- Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchange only, not refund
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs and product descriptions — is the property of Stryker Bags and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryker Bags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
