Yes! COD is available across most pin codes in India. A nominal ₹50 handling fee applies to COD orders.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Yes! You can request an exchange for a different colour of the same product within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Most of our bags are made with water-resistant fabric (600D polyester) that protects against light rain and splashes. They are not designed for full submersion. Product pages mention specific material details.
